Complaints

In case of a damaged product returns are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please examine the product carefully. If you notice any damage, please contact us by e-mail (info@clox.hr) and state your information, order number, etc. Please return the unused product in the state you received it in its original packaging with the receipt included, to our address. In cases of visible damage and a valid reclamation, provided the product is returned in its original packaging with the receipt included, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges. Please accept our apologies, should the need for this occur.

In case of an invalid return with no visible damage, the shipping charges are your responsibility. We’ll return the product to you in the original packaging, at your expense, with a written statement of a denied reclamation.

Considering we insure our products for transport, should you notice any damage incurred during shipping, please write a complaint to the shipping provider and write us an e-mail (info@clox.hr). We will contact you as soon as possible. In this case we’ll issue you a full refund.

If you don’t receive your product in 10 working days please contact us by e-mail (info@clox.hr). We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the steps we’ve taken to find your package. If after 15 days you still don’t receive your package, we’ll issue you a full refund.

A Buyer is any adult, business-capable person who accepts terms and conditions established by Clox. If you don't agree with any or all terms and conditions please contact us in writing before the order is completed. Acceptance of terms and conditions is confirmed by the Buyer with the completed item order, by internet, e-mail, or fax. Returns: In case of returns, the Buyer is required to notify Clox in writing within 7 days of item acceptance, and by presenting the proof of purchase (receipt) and in the original, undamaged Clox packaging.
Delivery Address: Clox, Čajkovčeva 17, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Returns are accepted in accordance with the Buyer Protection Act, articles 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49. The Buyer has the right to contract termination according to the article 45 of the Buyer Protection Act within 7 days, apart from situations in which the Buyer's rights are exempt from contract termination according to the article 49 of the Buyer Protection Act.
